On weekends we serve breakfast at the Smoke ‘N’ Grill. We have specialties on the menu like home fries and my wife’s fantastic honey ham which she does at home herself. Anyways the staff has bacon and eggs on hand during weekends so guess what my nephew orders for lunch? Yup, two strips of smoked bacon and a fried egg on his burger. Tells me that’s how they eat it in Australia even though he’s never been to Australia. Got to admit the kid was right, this was a tasty burger.
